Bad customer service

Visited Pedro's @Long street I am extremely shocked by service rendered as they failed to package the whole order placed when reached home realized something missing called the restaurant spoke to manager Panashe who was extremely rude said it was my fault could have checked the order when given. Problem is nothing like tht is noted on the receipt or store terns tht customer should keep accountability for such. He failed to treat me fairly was rude not keeping to your store values. Very *********** manager
