Bad customer service

So Monica is a cashier at Pedro's in Belgravia road cape town who has no customer service skills and when you speak to her she ignores you as she's so busy on the till she can't look at the customer's. Please teach her how to handle,speak, to the customers, worst customer experience in store and on the phone.
