Bad customer service

Want to Janulani mall petros to buy take away . I bought chicken and paid for extra basting sauce. I've open my package as last time I bought it and it was try . Same thing happened yesterday and I told the lady that serve me that there is no source and I've paid for extra. She asked the guy who prepared my chicken for sauce , the guy was so rude to us and he did not want to put extra sauce . The lady from the till had to do his job . Please teach your staff menners
