Bad customer service

I am so disappointed in the service that I received. I went to Pedro's at Bloed street to buy the Ola meal. Boy did I wait. I did my order at 18:43. The store closed their doors while I was still waiting for my order. I watched people come in and go out but and I wanted for order 387 to be called. I know it's payday and it's busy but it is no excuse. There are monitors flashing red showing that orders are overdue but the staff just casually goes on as if everything is fine. St this point im even asking myself if the lady that was assisting is colour blind or just plain ********.
