BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE & AWFUL MANAGMENT!!!!!!!

On the 13th December 2024 at around 19:30pm I bought the Viva Full chicken meal with chips and 4 Rolls. And to my surprise when I got my order it was very heavy looked in the bag and I had everything that I ordered. I then went straight home to prepare the meal for my Kids and to my surprise when I opened the chicken packet it was filled with BBQ sauce and then I realized that no wonder my bag was heavy.

I tried to call the mall but it was already after 20:00pm so I proceeded to decant the chicken in Tupperware and took pictures for reference as I was going to call the following day. I then called the following Morning at 09:30am was transferred to the store manager I explained my experience and after almost 6+ hours of him trying to investigate as to what might have happened guess what his response was? "I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGISE IF THE CHICKEN WAS NOT MADE TO YOUR SATISFACTION BECAUSE OF THE EXTRA SAUCE. MAY I ADVISE THAT YOU REQUEST FOR LESS SAUCE WHEN YOU ARE BUYING FOR TAKE AWAY SO THAT THE KITCHEN CAN BE EXTRA CARFUL WITH THE ORDER" these are the exact words of the manager! I have never been so disappointed with the level of customer service I received from that store. I sent him images as well as a video as proof of what happened and to my eyes it seemed like a mistake that might have happened in the kitchen and even if I did ask for EXTRA SAUCE I DIDNT ASK FOR THE WHOLE BOTTLE and I'm sure they don't give that much extra sauce to their customers! The chicken was bad and bitter due to the POOL OF SAUCE that was received.
