Bad Attitude and Rudeness

I went to pedros Silverton with my sister when we got there we found a lady by the name Vinolia right there on the tills a whole face for pedros 1st person you come across with before you can check menus,the lady she's so cold and rude what upsets me this is not the first time she's given me the attitude hense i even told her that this is the 2nd time you giving me attitude now you doing it against so this is what happened my sister was the one ordering food n I was on a phone call on side however she got irritated by someone who's not ordering she kept on checking at the back I asked her do u want to skip us so u can help others coz I can see u busy checking behind us n she was like no you guys are on a phone I then rep**** that im the one who's on the phone not my sister so what makes you irritated she continued with the attitude she gave my sister the slip she was like enjoyyyyyy wow I was like how are we gonna enjoy with what u just did she said she'll enjoy not you....I was so ****ed felt like grabbing her behind that counter I talked to the manager he said he'll call her to come apologies I gues she refused coming coz we took 15 minutes before living.
