Appalling service from Pedros Jabulani Mall

I am so appalled by the service received at Pedros Jabulani mall. I walked in with my husband about 15 minutes before 9pm on Monday 30th of June 2025. We waited in the queue and no one assisted or acknowledged us. My husband then decided to move to the counter and asked the lady if we can receive assistance. The lady's response was that food was finished and when my husband asked why she did not mention that and left us to just stand in the queue, your team member just said she thought we were with the other group of people who were there to collect. I don't know how she would assume this when my husband and I walked in at different times with the other group. It's very appalling that you guys still keep your doors open even when food is "finished". If there was no food left to sell, why were the doors still opened, why was there no note and why was there no one to inform customers of such. I'm also in the service business and let me tell you this... Your last customer is just as important as the first one and Pedros treated us like trash and the staff working there that evening were not even apologetic about it.
