Appalling service at Pedros Florida Road Durban

Hi...we have been frequent customers of Pedros Florida Road for a while now. Unfortunately we have had 2 terrible experiences with regards to service. Two weeks ago, my husband and I placed an order. After the allotted 20 minute waiting period, my husband checked in on our order only to be told that we would have to wait a further 20-30 minutes as they ran out of chicken. While we were upset, we waited as requested. Once again, this evening we placed another order, waited the allotted time only yet again to he told that we will have to wait a further 20mins as service staff cut the whole chicken into 8 pieces instead 4 as requested. At this point we spoke to the manager who apologised. We then requested that they deliver our order at their cost as we only lived 5 minutes away. This was agreed upon by Sthembile who also advise that the chicken will be ready in 10mins. I advised her that we only live 5mins away and that the driver needs to deliver timeously. We only received our 40mins later. When we called in and spoke to the manager Mr Mohammed Shareef he said that we cannot ask for compensation. We didn't mean to get anything for free but I mean just to pacify a customer any Manager would have made suggestions. I am utterly appalled at their service and their utter disrespect toward customers
