Appalling Pedro’s Service

Pedro’s Umhlanga has the worst possible service. They have on a few occasions got my order wrong. It’s very simple to pack however it seems like they hire illiterate people.

My last interaction with them was my final time I support them. I bought a full chicken and it was served in defective packaging and the bag was over filled. Sent them a picture of the packaging failing and my meal falling on the floor. Totally unacceptable. You spend a few hundred rands on a meal and you are not compensated for their defective packaging and their poor staff trading with them over filling the bags. If you go there you might as well take your own plates. Shocking.
