Appalling customer service
Awful experience, I ordered over the phone and went to collect 40 minutes later. It took them an hour to bring our meal. We were sitting in the sun and the staff were sitting in a comfortable place enjoying their meal. The service is appaling. We didn't even enjoy our meal due to the service.
