Appalled

I wasn't going to write this review, but I have been a Pedro's customer for a while. Centurion Lifestyle branch has been good to me. Never late,never messes up my order. Recently Centurion Mall opened a new branch,quite close to me so Tonight I thought let me give it a try. I was wrong, I should've just gone to my trusted branch. I ordered the Ola Meal as usual, Half Extra Hot and Half Lemon and Herb for the kids. The order was messed up so many times,I was late for work and it wasn't getting prepared. Finally it was ready. I went to drop it off with the kids and thought atleast that's over. To my surprise your staff labeled one bag Lemon and Herb and the other Extra Hot.... but both bags had Extra Hot chicken inside. I have a toddler for goodness sake. Are you trying to kill my child??? I'm so annoyed honestly.
