Angry Customer!!!!

Today I received the worst service ever at Pedro's Chicken Midlands Liberty Mall!!! I'm shaking with anger as I type this review! Today(24/04/2021) I went to Pedro's to buy their 'Chicken Fully Loaded Wrap' ******* if you ask me, anyway, I asked Noxolo to tell the guys in the kitchen who were preparing our orders to please put basting in/on my chicken strips. She told them the first time but they ignored her, she left her till with Nkanyiso so that she could go to the back to tell the guys in the kitchen how I wanted my wrap to be done/prepared and to also mix waffle ingredients that a customer before ordered. I was waiting for close to 10 minutes but still nothing, Noxolo asked them how far they were with my order and they said it will be out soon. I waited again while Nandipha prepared my wrap and served me in a very cold manner. I took my order and went to work with only 20 minutes left before my lunch break ends. I opened the wrap and took a bite of it only to realize there was NO basting and it was dry for my liking. I went back to Pedro's since I didn't get what I ordered even after 4 times of being told how I wanted my wrap to be done. As soon as I walked in the staff members that were there gave me looks I can't explain. I told Noxolo I came back because there was No basting and my wrap was dry and bland. She called Nandipha telling her I'm back because my wrap wasn't prepared the way she had told them (Nandipha and Tumelo who claims to be the manager). Nandipha rudely shouted out that she didn't put any basting on my chicken strips, I asked that I have something else prepared to add on any amount since I no longer wanted that dry wrap they prepared earlier on and Tumelo shouted on the background "Ngeke kwenze lokho" meaning " That will not happen", which again I found to be very rude. I then called him to explain what had happened and why I wanted something else and was willing to add on what ever amount I had to and he said he'll personally prepare the wrap for me. I waited as he 'prepared' my wrap and while I was waiting I was a JOKE to all the staff members that were there. After 15+ minutes he came out with my wrap, Nandipha gave it to me and I left. When I made it to work I was already late and asked to be given a few minutes to have my lunch since I had explained to my supervisor and colleagues why I was late. As i was eating the wrap i realized there was more salad and chips and no chicken strips whatsoever. I took videos of the wrap halfway eaten and the bottom of it which only had two VERY small pieces of chicken. After work I went to Pedro's to report this cause I was beyond ****ed!! I asked for the manager and Tumelo came forward, I asked if he's the manager and he said "Yes". I then asked if I could talk to someone of a higher position and he said "He's out, somewhere around the mall delivering" I assured him I don't mind waiting and he asked what was it about and I explained to him showing him the videos I took of the wrap. He was then very rude and defensive to the video he could see playing right before him and talking so loud drawing attention to us because customers were looking at us at this point. Nkanyiso then walked in the store and Tumelo said I should talk to because he is the one who is higher than him (higher management), mind you, this is the same Nkanyiso who was laughing at me in the afternoon when I came to complain about the first wrap. I explained everything to him again and he took my details saying he'll investigate and get back to me tomorrow (25/04/2021). Tumelo was still being loud and ended up by saying " If it was a person of a different race who came to complain he would have understood but because I'm BLACK he doesn't get why I'm even raising this issue" which drove me crazy to a point of exposing them!!! I have never been so disrespected and treated poorly before all in the name of being BLACK!!! That was the most ****** thing I've ever heard anyone in any restaurant say to me!!! They service was no different to a backyard tuckshop.
