After my recent hello Peter review, a gentleman from Pedro's Kine centre called me at 19:35 on 2024/04/22. From a *** number. I politely asked the gentleman to call me back during business hours. Today at 08:23, I recieved an email from "Pedro's manager's portal". Ticket 12471 was closed, without any conversation happening. *********** and ********* staff who pretend to attend to customer care queries are tarnishing the brand.
