Absolutely disgusting service

My Viva order was placed at 17h26 at the woodview branch. Slip was processed on the system 17h37. Sms stated my order will be ready by 18h03. Get to the store at 18h11 to get told due tobload shedding which started at 18h00 that there is no chips to go with my meal. Asked to speak to manager of whichbher name was Nondu... she has no explanation as to why my meal is not packed with no chips. All i get is an alternative to choose from. Absolutely pathetic service and poor customer service!!!
