ABSOLUTELY AND ULTIMATELY THE WORST SERVICE _ DONT EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE#

I am so disappointed! I placed an order on the pedros app at 18:55pm, I waited 45 minutes and there was no delivery, then i called the branch at phoenix plaza, the staff there was so ***********., they actually passed my call onto 3 different people to just confirm my address...how useless. A guy then told me rudely that they will call me back with no other feedback whatsoever, i waited another 30 mins and GUESS WHAT.... i had to call them back cause nobody called me. then the lady by the name of Thandeka answered and said my order is ready and when the driver fetches it she will call me, she then called me at 8.30pm to say the driver fetched my order with 1 other delivery and should be here shortly. its now 9pm and i still haven't received the food. Im lost for words and i will post this on every single social media platform to make people aware of what and how Pedro's treats their customers. This isn't a charity; we pay for this service. It was my first time ordering from Pedros and this was an absolute nightmare. I will never support you guys again and i will make sure everyone i know comes to know what a horrific experience i have encountered. STEP UP YOUR GAME!!!!
