Absolute Pandemonium in store - do not bother ordering and paying online either!

I placed my order online at 6.26 PM.

When I got to the store at just after 7:00 PM it was absolute pandemonium. One huge line with no one giving any indication where to stand. Eventually I asked someone and was instructed to stand at collections. I am with my 6yr old daughter and there is such a crush of people in the store and especially at collections. She gets scared and there is no social distancing. This is such a dangerous environment and frankly ********.

The man who is managing the collection and distribution of the food (the pass) is so slow. When enquiring about my order he said "I only have one set of hands". Why is no one helping him? There is food piling up and the line just grows bigger.

Eventually someone told me that my order wasn't put through even though I had placed it a half an hour ago online. So I had to wait for my order to be made. What is the point of online ordering and payments then? This process did not save me time, nor was it convenient.

Behind the counter it's a mess with papers and food debris. And people are standing on top of each other waiting for food. Everyone's complaining.

Surely there should be some order. One line for people who have ordered and paid online (like myself) who just need to collect, one line for people who have ordered online and via phone who need to pay. And another for walk-ins who have neither ordered nor paid.

I am truly disgusted with the level of service received today. You have lost what could have been a local repeat customer.

The chips were also very salty.
