A complaint about the staff and service i p

I am really disappointed in the service i got today at Zeerust Pedros chicken, I ordered, waited 47min , recieved a wrong order and had to wait another 45min dor the correct one ,asked for water while i wait for my food i ended up going to buy water from another store and only got my water after eating as i was about to leave and the guy whonwas helping me told me that he has a lot in mind hence he forgot to bring me water , i asked him 3times . I honestly had a bad experience .
