A clucking disaster...

A horrid experience at the plaza branch. Chicken no cooked properly, hair all over the chicken skin, foul smell. lets say it was less then appetizing and far from the quality expected. i complained in store about the hair and uncooked chicken, the manager said he can give me chips or salad as a replacement. if I wanted chips and salad, why buy the chicken then. He took the uncooked piece to be re grilled and it came back to the table with sauce and no grilling done. I even contacted the area manager for the phoenix area, he also seemed more interested in how i got his number then on the quality of my order. they were even cleaning the grill overhead, onto chickens on the grill to be served to customers waiting for orders
