Ordered online for pick up at Isipingo store processed payment only to be told after payment that the store does not take online orders... This was the 12 June 2023 up till today there has been no refund. Iv called customer care numerous time only to be told somebody will call me back. But no refund. Its been over a month. Pedros are ****s and *******. Knowing very well which stores accept online payment and which dont but they still go ahead process payment!
