2 hour late food order

I ordered food from Pedros Jabulani Mall via their pedros app at 7:02 pm and the driver only arrived at 20:45, I live so close to the mall it would take me less than 15 mins walking. It took them almost 2 hours to deliver, the food was so cold, the driver was so unapologetic (his name is Mvelo), he told me they are short of drivers and just drove away while I was still talking to him. I couldn't track the driver because the entire time the app showed me that the food was still being prepared, I had to call in to find out what happened to my order. The girl I spoke to on the phone was very helpful because she took it upon herself to track my order ( her name is Nomthandazo) but over and above it was very poor service.. horrible experience.
