Worst Service Imaginable
Honestly the worst service imaginable. We have been trying to purchase electricity and water since 10am this morning, but to no success. This is not the first time we are experiencing this issue with PEC. We went to several electricity selling outlets, but the search has returned with the same result - "offline" PEC honestly needs to do better than this!

Kindly be advised that the vending service provider was offline yesterday, which affected the processing of prepaid token purchases.
Unfortunately, this was beyond PEC’s control. Other resellers were also affected and unable to vend tokens during this period.
We are pleased to confirm that the service has since been restored.
We kindly recommend keeping an emergency prepaid token available, where possible, to assist in the event of unexpected technical issues affecting the vending service.
