Worst Service Ever
<p>These people clearly have no clue what is customer service. I try to buy prepaid electricity online and nothing is working. I have to alert them on things which are not working. You cant buy electricity online at all and they seem to have no clue that such things are not operational or they just choose not to know.I wish there was a way i could change them as my supplier. I have been with them for 10 years and the service gets worse every year</p>

PEC is currently improving the software systems, including the prepaid vending platform.
The PEC client service consultant forwarded the prepaid purchase options via email on 2016/04/26 when the call has been logged and received confirmation that you were able to purchase via paycity, the second call logged regarding prepaid purchase was on 2016/06/07 whereby you had advised the PEC client service department that you have been trying to purchase online via paycity for two hours but the system was offline, PEC has logged a call to paycity and supp**** you with feedback and gave an alternative: Prepaid24.
The technical support team are working on a solution with regards to the internet banking purchase methods.
