WORST COMPANY AND A BIGGEST ****MER. STAY FAR AWAY from this company, thank me later.
This is the most useless company ever who do not know what they are doing. If you wanna lose your money fast and have zero customer service on top of that, use them. You will regret for the rest of your life. Before you buy property in an Estate, check which company they use for utilities, if you see PEC, run very fast and far away. I don’t understand why Balwin is still using this company to provide utility services.
