******** Aux Charges and Failure to take responsibility

Unwillingness to accept responsibility for ******** your clients on a continuous basis. Legal confirmation received from your offices confirm that you are not allowed, by law, to deduct any addition/auxi****y charges to an end-user if a cost-free alternative is not provided. This has not been done and still you are charging the aux amount for longer than a year after being notified hereof. Failure to take responsibility and stating that the body corporate/managing company was notified hereof, although there is no contract in place between PEC and the body corporate/managing company.
