Pec takes the law into their own hands and threatens to cut power supply to my tenant. They do not understand that they must use the legal system to recover debt that is in dispute

Please be advised that payment towards Tamper invoices, nor payment arrangement received .
Unfortunately utilities will have to be cut to unit 6 River hamlet if payment not received no later than, 07/11/2022.
Please complete payment thereafter before or on the 1st of each month until balance settled .

Tampering with a prepaid meter is an ******** matter and punishable by law. It is also extremely dangerous as it might result in electrocution and or damage to the property. PEC has in good faith offered a payment arrangement to settle the R-value in ****** electricity. Should PEC not receive co-operation and responsibility from the consumer/owner of the property, we are in our legal right to disconnect the supply. Not only to recover losses, but also to protect the property and people/animals living in it. Evidence has been provided of the tampering and the calculation of the amount owed.
Kindly provide more information about the debt that you mention are in dispute.
