Reporting Pretoria metering again

I am still buying electricity ( that is assencial ) the same company Pretoria metering still used to take R20 and now they take R30 that so call recoveries billing from everytime when I buy electricity.

If the is no assistance, I would like to know from any one out there who always reading reviews,

can you tell me where to report company like pretoria metering who is taking our money even if we re in lockdown and it's a ( difficult times )

Pretoria metering don't care, they just looting from people, imagine R20 and now R30 rand that is recoveries / who own them

I am renting in Pretoria fairway garden estate / when you ask owner they can't tel what is going on.
