Good day,<br> <br> I would like to complain about PEC Metering and there services. PEC Metering contract was cancelled at my complex Morgenhof reason been that they haven't paid an outstanding large amount to the Local municipality Tshwane. We just moved to a new contract of metering and I purchased a R150.00 token via my cell phone banking and now they refuse to pay me back the money cause their are no longer in services with the complex.<br> <br> I spoke with Edith Frederick's that sounded very rude over the phone. My kids are seating in the dark because of PEC metering and I have a 8 months baby that needs to be attended. My electricity is finished at the flat and she careless with my situation.
Please be advised that PEC Utility Management services was terminated at Morganhoff Body Corporate 28 February 2015.
The onus was on your Body Corporate to advise all owners / tenants by Morganhoff Body Corporate.
You have incorrectly purchased electricity via our vending system and therefor your electricity token was invalid as the services at PEC were terminated by your Body Corporate.
As per your discussion with Edith the refund was arranged as per the terms and conditions communicated with Morganhoff Body Corporate
