I do not understand why your prepaid electricity is not available on self service banking platform, with today's technology it's a bit silly that whenever u need to buy electricity u need to find shop rite, a garage or pick N pay and to make matters worse I've been trying to register on your website with no luck, now at all points of representation your system is offline. Is there any alternatives of purchasing units besides the ones mentioned above?
