Poor service

Issues witg purchasing electricity, i have been calling their 24hr line and after reportung the incident early hours of the morning stating that I have an infant in the hiuse I would need to make bottles for, thdy seemed to would make an effort to find a aoulution but nobody got back to me and I still am umable to purchase electricity and their dline is not being picked up now, what a poor way of managing things.
