I really wish your after hour support would pick the phone up. I am currently without electricity as the when trying to top up gives me an error the the provider is currently not online. The phone started ringing only to be hung up 5 times In a row by the operator. This is pathetic service. At this point, i think the Anc themselves could do better service then your company

We have reached out to you via email and telephonically, but unfortunately without success.
Due to the lack of information, we are unable to fully address your complaint.
You do mention that you were unable to purchase electricity over the weekend. As per the error you received, we can confirm that a technical issue occurred over the week-end which affected several Municipalities and private Vendors who reply on Syntell as the main Vendor. The service was restored and online early Sunday morning.
We recommend that residents keep a spare token for unforeseen emergencies which are out of our control.
