PEC why do you overcharge for VAT?

We are still waiting to hear why we were charged almost R350 by PEC for VAT last month. They ignore our request for further information. On a R920 bill how do you charge R350 for VAT? That’s not a 1% increase. Will somebody at PEC please assist and stop *****ing our money.
