PEC Utility Management sucks!
I moved out of a complex on 9 September 2020, only to find out that my electricity deposit will only be paid to me on 18 November. And without interest.
PEC Utility Management that manages the complex's electricity is very eager to take your deposit and claims to pay it back within 45 days after your account was closed. If I get the money paid on 18 November, I would have waited 69 days!!! They obviously make their money by NOT paying deposits back with interest. I am so glad I'm not getting electricity from them anymore. Since moving my electricity bill is much less. Good riddance!
