PEC Utility Management staff to the rescue.
Being without water is not just extremely frustrating, especially during the holidays, but flat out annoying!!! I reported the issue to PEC at 9am this morning and by 11.20 the PEC tech had been and gone and my water was back on!!! I am so impressed and greatful with the service I got right from the get go. Very polite, helpful and efficient. Thank you to the staff of PEC. You are stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
