I would like to sincerely THANK and recommend Ms Monique Jacobs in Cape Town who frequently goes over and beyond to assist her clients. She is an active listener and seeks to understand the query presented, she also empowers clients by helping them understand how Pec utility works and provides clients with updated information. When I get off the phone with her I often feel relieved that all my questions were answered and furthermore solutions were provided to things I hadn't even thought of.
