PEC cannot be recommended

Charges make no sense. Greenbay was moved to PEC by Balwin as a utility manager and we hoped that they would be better however it was wishful thinking . Their invoices , amounts charged and fixed charges cannot be checked as it is inexplicable on their not user friendly monthly invoice and daily usage . It is costing between R200-R300 pm without any usage and main power switched off. Contacting them is also near impossible to get an answer
