Outrageous billing PEC con artists!!!!!

Pec utility management has the worst billing I have ever come across. We have a 2 bed apartment with 2 adults living in it , electricity bill costing r2000 to 3000 a month. It doesn’t matter if you use the geyser once a day, and minimize your usage to the bare minimum. They increase the risk deposit as they please without informing the tenants. I received a bill for 742 on 14 sep 2018 ( to my surprise it’s the first time ever ) after I had paid it , I receive a disconnection sms for outstanding balance of 800 . When I call they tell me the first sms was a mistake /error. And that I now owe 1500. What is crazy is that the Municipal bill would never amount to such. Prepaid metering could never amount to such . This is daylight Roberry . They ought to be reported. As they are definitely practicing unfair business practices . They are abusing consumers.
