No customer service
No customer service at all. They have overcharged us for the last 7 years and now they won't acknowledge the disconnection request we have sent for the end of August. No customer service at all

We will really appreciate it if you will give us a call once you have returned the documentation; just to be sure that we have received it. Would you also be so kind to send us more information and specifics regarding your view of the overcharge you mention for the past 7 years?
