 Good day  Jacques Louw,

Kindly be advised that a screenshot of the app was emailed to us on the 1st of September, requesting the wallet to be closed with a balance of R127.09.

We took the final reading after the unit was vacated with the final balance being R 101.21.

The amount in dispute is R 25.88 and this difference is due to the small consumption that took place after the screenshot was taken.

The system calculates the consumption every six hours and the last calculation was done after the screenshot was taken.

All the tariffs app**** to the consumers are in line with the prescribed tariffs of the Local Supply Authority.

No admin fees were added to the utilities account.

Should you have any further queries, please feel free to email us at ***.

 Kind Regards
Customer Service Department.

The screen shot was taken after handing over the keys to the landlord. No water or electricity was used for the whole day while moving out/6 hours prior to the screenshot
