Hopeless overcharging.

I have just moved into Oasis Life Sunningdale. A Seef sells the life rights. They don't tell you that PEC Utilities will charge you more than double what the city if Cape Town will charge for access to water and electricity They have a lot of add on. They ***** 5 % 0f your money that you have to put into their E-wallet system. The City of Cape allow 6 liter/min to come out of a faucet and 10 lt/m for a shower head. Those measurements should be done with all faucets open. with only on tap open you are lucky if you get 4,5 lt/min. 25 % less than the standard. You send note to Rabie developers. Nothing happens. you as the Olsun management which is a Rabie developer's personnel. They pass the buck. The result is that I an paying about R100 more than when I had a prepaid meter instead of this rip-off
