Gaps in invoicing becomes client’s problem

These guys, yo... They don’t send me an invoice for electricity, nor a payment reminder, then skip forward to demanding payment in an email for which they charged me R43,48 to send (which is the first time I became aware my account is in arrears), and when I question them they want to know from me why I didn’t hound them for an invoice when I didn’t receive one.

They provided no proof that an invoice was in fact sent, and I honestly don’t believe its my responsibility follow up with them for invoices when they fail to send them out.

Dear PEC,

Now, 8 months later, I’m elated to say that I have relocated my company and I am not dependent on your services any longer. Bless those who still are.
