Excellent service from Nicole Runkel!
I was helped by Nicole Runkel and her assistance was exceptional! From the minute I heard her voice I knew my query was going to be resolved properly and thats exactly what happened. Less than 30 minutes after the call I was sorted. Companies need to appreciate people like Nicole, a good start will be to give her a week off and a full round at a Spa.
