Excellent Customer Service

I've been dealing with PEC since March of this year and all my interactions have been extremely positive.

Today, I dealt with Alison Johnson and what an absolute star!!! She was so helpful, courteous and professional. It's not often that one deals with a service provider without feeling like a burden and it would be wrong for me to just dismiss her professionalism and service as JUST part of her job.
