Excellent customer care received from PEC
When I phoned PEC, Christelle offered a WhatsApp contact number and she kept me up to date with what was happening by the minute. She requested Merwin to reconnect my electricity and he was there in a flash! The whole situation was handled very quickly, friendly and extremely professionally. I am very impressed with the friendly assistance I received and am telling everybody about it!
