Email address changed without my instruction
How can a company just send your PEC account to a different person via email suddenly who you do not know, without your permission / instructions ? Can my personal information be trusted with this company ? Where does the POPI Act come in to protect my personal information? I was a registered user with them to get my account from the website, but in the last 2 yrs, I cannot anymore but at least my account was being emailed to me so was not too bothered.
