Deluded..Greedy..Misleading..Theft..What else I wonder

This must be the most inhumane service ever created. How is it possible for me to spend close to R1000 on water and electricity every single month. i've spoken to colleagues, family and friends and for heaven's sake, they spend nowhere close to what I do. This is beyond ridiculous and I feel like I am being misled when it comes to viewing my usage. The electricity bill I can live with, but the water usage is a joke. Please explain how readings are taken and whether or not the city makes provisioning for free usage. I pay a monthly service fee. I pay a fee when I transferring funds to the wallet..In addition, I have to pay for HOT water as well as cold water usage. Does that even make sense????
