If you think Eskom ot COCT is a ******* welcome to PEC. They not only rip you off. Then they ignore your request or explanation why they rob you I live in Greenbay estate. PEC manages the utilities for the estate which means you pay an amount and they deducted the costnof electricity, water, sewerage and a list additional charges. Initially we paidnon average R9 or R10, but after July averaghiked to between R13 and R16. The.weekend past, they deducted a whole R300 from.my account. For one day. Then the daily deduction increased to more than R50 a day. I have previously asked and was promised a report by Nicole Runkel. That was months ago and it did not happen. When I enquired about the R300 the enquiry was again referred to Nicole Runkel. And again no.response. No use to report this to estate management. All they do is give you warning.
