Worst place to rent

i moved in in December 2016 after a few days i knew this is not the place for me and my family to stay, where do i start the noise levels are so high and i can not blame the guards for there are only 3 guards to see to 300 units where there are constantly parties and loud music, just walk out of you flat and the floors are always dirty and alcohol bottles all over the place. how can you live in an environment like that waking up every hour because of loud music of people coming home drunk screaming. All that aside when you want to leave the place the management team at monolith estate will look for every way to use the most of your deposit for examples i looked after the place as if it were my own and when i moved out i cleaned up every thing was giving back as i took it, there was hpwever on wall that had a small chip on it and i take full responsibility for the other one wall had some dust on it, i wiped the wall but was told that once you wipe a wall the color would change, and was charged for this,

My advise is never rent from this place its the worst place ever.
