This people are ****mers, when you choose not to extend your lease co tract they make you pay for painting and damaged walls which were not damaged,when ask the about it they tell you that they have pictures which were taken in your absence during inspection, but when the inspector comes for inspection with you they bring a pre-marked form on painting to show that they ****ming us,when you request for those pictures they just ignore your emails, now they have taken some of our deposit without any evidence that we have damaged their paint and walls even after their inspector approved that everything was in order

Unfair Treatment
Bad experience with Pebblestone Properties, Greenfield Eco Estate, unprofessional. I had an issue with Chris Swathe and Eleni coming to an agreement to extend our lease for a month. We are supposed to move or exit the property by end of May, little did we know that our daughter will be involved in an accident injuring her knee whilst playing over the weekend. We tried to seek of an extension for a month, to be able to follow Doctor's orders for the recovery of our daughter. The response from Chris Swathe was us to vacate the unit, these is nothing he can do to help us and doesn't want to be emotionally involve about our situation.

Nonsense Big Tree Estate
I have paid rent according to statement sent to me,I don’t know how much more do I still need to pay because I’m still living without water at Big Tree Estate I have been to the securities more than three times but they are not helping, who else must I go to coz whoever is responsible is only a keyboard master who can only be found on email but still fail to do their job well. I have been not going to work for two days thinking there’s water outage but I later came to realise it’s only me. This is inhumane😤, whoever is responsible needs to stop playing games. Please respect the little money I’ve paid, it has paid for the services you are failing to provide. They don’t take their business serious, you cannot run such a big business like a ****a shop.

Big tree estate
The agent (Tebogo) was very helpful with everything, not to mention he even went as far as asking taxi drivers on how to get taxi’s to where I work. You can never need miss him whenever you need him. The big tree estate is awesome too, the securities were helpful with everything even with helping me get my stuff upstairs, never had issues also with getting access because they are friendly people. I love it here already

Big tree estate
