THEY ***** YOUR DEPOSIT
I had a 6month lease but stayed there 4months.when I shiftes out this company charges your for damages that is ridiculous.the material used for this building is so cheap.they will do anything to keep your deposit and they charge you high amounts money to deduct for a 1 bedroom they charge you amounts for a 5 bedroom house.This company is ********** and they rob people of their deposit.The exit inspector put ridiculous stuff on your list that they make you pay for.I am really angry that I must pay for items that were not even done by me.Dont use this company ever

13 Jul 2021, 18:47Also be advised that this company is fested with mould due.The bathroom window is so small no air gets inside the bathroom.They charge u ridiculous high amounts when you shift out so they can eat all your deposit.********
