Please pay my deposit back!!!
I rented out an apartment at Big tree estate Northriding, I moved out in August 2023 and I was promised I was going to get my deposit back but up to today I still have not got my deposit back. When I try to send email even to the agent, he sent me from pillar to post. I tried communicating with the people he gave me email addresses for but no one ever responded nor even pick up when I called. Please pay my deposit back, it's been 5 months already.i want my hard earned money back!!!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
From our side, our exit team does not have email record of you giving notice which is why your deposit was not refunded. As per the lease agreement, you need to provide 30-days' notice within a calendar month. If you can forward your notice email thread to ***, we can sort out this issue for you. In the email, kindly provide your banking details as well.
Regarding calls, we do apologise that there was no answer, please note that our office was closed over the December period so if you tried to calling then, that would explain it.
